Broncos signed Washington State WR Lincoln Victor.

Victor (5’9/177) started his career at Hawaii but transferred to Washington State in 2021. He finally broke through in 2023 when he went for 87-850-5, which more than doubled his receiving total from his previous four seasons. Victor played 80.6 percent of his career snaps from the slot and averaged a meager 10.1 YPR for his career. Some experience on special teams could help him stick on a roster but we wouldn’t expect much more than that at this point.
