Bills signed WR Quintez Cephus, formerly of the Lions.

Cephus was reinstated from a season-long suspension for violating the league’s gambling policy and will now have a chance to make the Bills’ roster. Cephus, a former fifth-round pick, has appeared in 22 games over his career, catching 37 passes for 568 yards and four scores while playing 83.1 percent of his snaps from out wide. While this is likely a one-year prove-it deal, the Bills receiving corps may be then enough for Cephus to land a spot on the regular season roster when all is said and done.
