Panthers declared EDGE Jaelan Phillips, TE Ja’Tavion Sanders, QB Haynes King, RB AJ Dillon, C Sam Hecht, OT Stone Forsythe, and EDGE TeRah Edwards inactive for Week 7 against the Bucs.
