Ravens selected Michigan DT Rayshaun Benny with the No. 250 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
25 April 2026
Benny (6'3"/298) was a rotational player for Michigan for his first four years at the school -- he played in three games as a freshman before redshirting -- but he finally got a chance to be a starter in his redshirt senior campaign. He finished with 35 tackles and three tackles for loss while being named Third-team All-Big Ten for the Wolverines in 2025, and now will get a chance to be a rotational three-technique at the highest level. He’s not considered an upper-echelon pass rusher, but he has the strength to get off blocks and contribute on the first two downs. It’s hard to see Benny being much more than a depth piece, but the ability to stuff the run gives him a chance to be a relatively-early contributor.
