Bills LB Terrel Bernard (elbow) will not return in Week 12 against the Texans.

Bernard suffered an injury to his right arm in the third quarter while attempting to tackle Texans RB Woody Marks. Bernard remained down for a short while before making his way to the sidelines and later the locker rooms. Bernard was spotted on the sidelines in a sling, but we don’t know any specifics about his injury at this time.
