Commanders HC Dan Quinn said Terry McLaurin (quad) will not play in Week 7 against the Cowboys.

McLaurin returned to the practice field on Wednesday, but after being kept out of Thursday’s practice, there was fear that things were trending in this direction. We don’t yet know the official practice status for McLaurin as far as Friday is concerned but we did see him warming up with the other receivers, although he notably did not have his helmet. Sunday’s absence will mark the fourth-straight missed game for McLaurin, who will now shift his focus to being ready for Week 8’s game against the Chiefs.
