Ricky Pearsall (knee) is questionable for Week 5 against the Rams.

Pearsall exited Sunday’s game against the Jaguars with a knee injury and did not return. He was estimated to have missed practice this week ahead of the Niners’ Thursday night clash with the Rams. Fantasy managers should prepare for be without Pearsall, who’s leading the 49ers in both targets and air yards. His absence would be a major hit to Brock Purdy if he’s able to play through a nagging toe injury that he aggravated on Sunday.
