Troy Franklin caught 4-of-8 targets for 55 yards in the Broncos’ Week 4 win over the Bengals.

Franklin’s box score would look a lot different had he not dropped a pass on a post route that hit his hands as he was streaking 40 yards downfield. To his credit, he looked good on his four catches, with his longest of the day occurring on the Broncos’ fourth drive. Head coach Sean Payton sent him in motion out to the left. He shot upfield, before breaking inward on a dig and hauled in the 23-yarder. He caught a six-yard pass two plays later. Franklin’s volatile target-earning keeps him in upside-FLEX territory for the Broncos’ Week 5 game against the Eagles.
